This was a special project as the existing Villa was beyond saving and required a full new build to replace it.
The new build was designed to honour the heritage of the Villa it replaced. For Sticks and Stones this was opposite to what we normally work with – making something old look new but instead with this project we were making something new look classic.
This meant we could meet all of the clients needs and wishes but with all the mod cons and none of the headaches that you get with an old building.
